BENEFITS:
Alert uses herbs which are known to improve brain function and performance. It is intended to reduce brain fog and improve both long and short term memory, clarity of thought, and to increase intellectual function. In some cases it can help reduce depression caused by environmental stress.
SUGGESTED USE:
• Maintenance dose is one dropper (20 drops) per day.
• Dosage can be safely increased to as much as one dropper per hour.
• Alert works synergistically, and is best taken with coconut oil.
• Alert should not be taken in the evening, any other time of day is fine.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
• Use Alert with caution while pregnant or nursing.
